Italian Cuisine Cooking Class

Join us Wednesday, August 28th from 6-8 p.m. as we continue our cooking classes! Expect a fun evening full of amazing flavors and culinary knowledge as you learn how to cook your favorite V. Paul’s dishes.
In addition to the great four course meal we will be showing you how to make fresh pasta at home!
1st course: Toasted parmesan and ricotta stuffed ravioli with black garlic and scallion aioli
2nd course: Chicken and Gnocchi Florentine Soup
3rd course: Pappardelle with shredded brisket, mushrooms, and black garlic cream sauce
4th course: Ricotta Zeppole with white chocolate glaze and fresh fruit
$39 plus tax & tip/person
