Join us for a special Italian Cooking Class at V. Paul’s on Thursday, July 31 featuring a four-course journey through Southern Italy — hosted by two incredible chefs:

This dynamic duo brings together authentic flavors and family traditions straight from Naples, Italy, and Palermo, Sicily, guiding you through each course with stories, techniques, and old-world charm.

  • First Course: Roasted Artichokes — a savory favorite from Naples
  • Second Course: Classic Italian Salad — bright, fresh, and straight from the Neapolitan coast
  • Third Course: Pan-Sautéed Duck Breast — rich Sicilian flavors, perfectly prepared

  • Finest Italian Restaurant in the Gulf Coast

    We celebrated a friend’s birthday there last night and had the a great experience! The fresh tuna dish with tapenade was scrumptious, and I can’t wait to get home to try to replicate. The linguine and clams were some of the best ever had. Hands down–finest Italian restaurant on the gulf coast.

    Tried to get into Global Grill the night of a Saenger show, but it was packed. Stopped in here instead and happy we did! My husband and I shared some of the soft bread with a nice caesar salad. We followed with tagliata. Loved the tagliata. Would like to have that as an entree perhaps next time. There’s something fantastic about that thinly sliced undercooked meat that was perfect with the capers, arugula and shaved parm. Delish! Will make sure to have it again next time.

    I get great Italian food where I live in the San Francisco Bay Area but I have to say my fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, mushrooms and spinach was truly excellent.
